Trust me, I've been there, knee-deep in life and desperately trying to find a sliver of time and space for my own needs.

 

I’d read all the self-help books, attended the wellbeing courses and retreats, AND had regular massages - I practised self-care like it was my side hustle, so…why was I still exhausted? Because nothing seemed to stick!

Then I discovered how to finally create pockets of space throughout my days by clearing the mental clutter and slowing down long enough to reconnect with my own needs. 

I ditched the endless to-do list and learned to truly rest and just BE– without all the guilt!

The only problem was that I looked around me and noticed all the wonderful women in my life, stuck in the same cycle…

 

and I wanted to get them out too.

A 3-hour, 1:1, in-person mini retreat in nature’s oasis
(on the South Coast of Sydney). 

It’s a guided experience for women stuck exactly where I was, who are ready to step away from their routine and find a slower rhythm in life (and learn how to keep it).

Investment: 

$380.00 ​AUD

  • You’ll want to bring a water bottle, hiking shoes, possibly thongs. Clothes you can move comfortably in (check the weather, layers are always a good idea in winter and sunscreen in summer!).                                                                    

  • We won’t be doing anything strenuous, and walks are flat (no hills), but please let me know if you have mobility issues.
