We move into nature, where you will be guided through an immersive process of release. You will experience—physically, emotionally, and tangibly—what you’ve been carrying, and finally feel what it’s like to put it down.
You will be gently supported as you unravel what is yours to hold, what isn’t, and what you’re finally ready to let go of.
We end with a ritual of release - one that allows you to step away feeling lighter, freer, and deeply at ease.
And to carry this feeling forward, you’ll receive The Rested Woman Journal- a beautifully designed space for you to continue reflecting, unwinding, and integrating rest into your daily life.

Why I Created This
I’m Steph Williams, a holistic counsellor, stress coach, and slow living advocate.
I work with women who have spent their lives holding it all together—women who carry stress, exhaustion, and responsibility without ever asking for support.
