We’ll look at the stories you carry around money, success, and the fears that drive your current pace and re-evaluate them if necessary, working to untangle story from fact.

We will identify your values, beliefs, and deepest needs.

Healing
We will practice tuning into your mind, body, and spirit to help you move through the stress cycle and nourish your nervous system - a critical skill to feel safe no matter what.

Energy
You’ll work on letting go of expectations, creating compassionate boundaries and cultivating presence so you can stop diverting energy elsewhere and keep more for yourself (without the guilt).
06.
Sustainability
A practice of weaving simple pleasures and meaningful activities into your daily life by understanding habit formation and sustaining intentional routines.
That said, this process is not carved in stone.

With a little more breathing space, you’ll easily and intuitively get clear on what you want, and what you need to do to bring it into your life (or escort it out!).

Nature plays a huge part in our ability to slow down, appreciate each moment, calm our nervous systems, and heal.
For this reason, I try to meet all of my clients virtually in nature (weather permitting). So, bring your phone or laptop into the garden, or - in inclement weather - your favourite cosy nook. As long as we can hear each other, and the internet connection is solid!
