Energy
The modern woman’s to-do list at any given moment is mind-boggling, and yet with every hack, device, and gadget, our lives are “supposed” to become more streamlined, seamless, and simple.
So why does life seem like it’s getting faster, and your to-do list feels ever-expanding?
We're a generation of overwhelmed women.
There. I said it.
Where did it go?
And how do you get it back!?
Our cups are always fucking empty because It’s hard to find energy for YOU when you are just surviving.
Because there’s always more to do, right?
It's that never-ending loop that whispers you can’t take a break until everything is done – but nothing is ever done.
I was no exception to this reality.
Just a (somewhat sleep-deprived and anxious) working millennial woman on a search for rest. Serenity. Sanity. Hot coffee. Naps. You know, the small things in life.
Only after being laid off from my decade-long job was I forced to step outside of the chaotic cycle that had become my life, and the penny dropped…
I realised busyness had become my daily rhythm, and my identity had become intertwined with achievement.
The very idea of slowing down and making space for myself felt unsafe, and foreign, like I didn’t know how to exist without the noise of productivity.
But that's not what I would tell myself - back then I'd tell myself "I don't have time" and I "had to" say yes to everyone!
Sound familiar?
But here’s the truth: The answer doesn’t lie in managing your time better but how you more importantly spend your energy.
That’s why I created this offering- for women like us.
In this experience, together we'll uncover exactly how you’re spending your time and energy, so you can stop wondering why you’re always tired, and start knowing exactly what to do about it.
And here’s the best part — it’s virtual. You can join our 1:1 Zoom calls during your lunch break, while waiting in the school pickup line, or from the comfort of your couch.
No more excuses to put off taking care of YOU.
All you need is a piece of paper and some coloured pens.
The magic happens when you put everything you’re doing on paper and realise…......
How much you are really asking of yourself.
What you might be able to cut out (and what would be utterly bonkers to continue doing).
Where you can create space to do what is most meaningful for you.
Where you can create time to do nothing at all.
Introducing
Energy
Ditch the overwhelm and make a plan to protect your energy.
What's included:
In this four-week experience, we won’t just focus on time management or productivity hacks. Instead, we’ll dive deeper—into nurturing your body, mind, and spirit—so your energy becomes something you can sustain and renew, even during life’s busiest seasons.
This isn’t about pushing through or ‘trying harder’. It’s about honouring your limits, listening to your needs, and learning to protect your energy so you can show up as your best self—not just for others, but for YOU.
Through two focused coaching sessions, we’ll explore your relationship with time and energy, uncover what drains you and create a personalised plan to help you recharge and protect your energy.
Between sessions, you’ll have full access to me via Voxer, Monday to Friday, for ongoing support and a gentle nudge of encouragement whenever you start to slip into 'bad' energy sucking habits!

You will love this work if you are:
This might not be the right fit for you if:
-
You are not quite ready to dive into a full coaching program (you just want to dip your toe in the water)
-
You NEVER have 'enough' time for yourself... seriously, you can't even remember the last time you drank your coffee while it was still hot.
-
You are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired - you just want to wake up with energy.
-
The only time you can carve out for yourself is between 9 and 10 pm, and all you want to do by then is watch Netflix and pass out! (but you wish you had more in the tank)
-
If you are not open to the idea of letting go of some bad habits.
-
You’re not really ready to practice saying “No”. I get it. “No” is scary! We can work up to it gently, but “No” is the protector of time. It’s an important skill to master.
-
If you can't commit to carving out two hours (on different days) for our 1:1 time - I need you to be as present as possible.

I would like to take a moment to pay my respects and acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we are all based. I thank the elders, past and present, for helping us to shape our views of the world.
I also want to show respect to the land, its minerals, and waterways. It is their existence that has allowed us to come together in this virtual space and connect today. I hope that I can use this connection to nature in a meaningful and purposeful way during our time together.
